The first step in our building process is a plan deposit. Normally, a design session with your sales consultant and our designer is scheduled 1-2 weeks after we receive the deposit. Once the customer determines all details of their dream villa, it's time to determine detailed pricing and a contractual agreement. Upon contract signature, a down payment is needed to begin the building phase. Contingent on our current backlog, a project can typically start 4-6 weeks thereafter a down payment is collected, and materials are received. Once all the components of your Utopian Villa are built, it is ready to ship. After shipping, our crew will ensure the remainder is accounted for on setting day! This is the day you've been waiting for; your home is now complete!

Yes, we are happy to help build your dream home! Simply provide us with any information you have on your own ideas, floorplans, budgets, square footage, etc. We will provide some of the anticipated costs for your desired villa!

It take 1-2 months of prep time for your permit paperwork. Once the building permits are issued and we break ground, it will take 6-7 months
Yes, there are some reports needed before we can get your permit. You will need a Survey, Civil engineering & Construction plans.
 

Of course! Once you build above 400 square feet you leave the RV classification and build as a "New Construction Home or Cabin". As a result, our founding company Vertical Works Inc. is your solution! Simply let us know where you live!

No, we only build perminate tiny homes onsite & on concrete foundations.
All you need to do is call us with your idea and we will guide you through the tiny home process.
